Our Story

I’ve been obsessed with netball since I first laced up at Bankstown Blues in 2002. That game took me from Sydney to New Zealand, to the Magic at 17, back home as a Giants foundation player, and into the green and gold.

Playing at the top level comes with a lot of pressure. What’s always kept me grounded is everything off the court: fishing on the boat with Harry, weekends at the farm in Wagga, and getting creative with fashion. I’ve learnt that the stuff you do away from netball makes you a better player, and a better person.

That’s where JLP started. I wanted netball pieces that fit into all of that. Not just training gear or “merch,” but things you’d actually want to wear to coffee, on the boat or to watch a game. Every piece is designed with intention, and released in small drops.

But honestly, the bigger reason is the game itself. Netball is the most played women’s team sport in Australia, and it deserves to be seen everywhere, not just at the courts on a Saturday. Every time someone asks about your JLP top, that’s a conversation about netball. That’s how we grow it.
