Our Story

It starts with a little girl who dreamed of playing netball for Australia...

Born in Sydney, Australia, Jamie was a little girl with a big dream. While you may know her now as one of Australia's best defensive mid-courters, you might be surprised to learn there was a time when the goal circle wasn’t off-side for this young gun.

Jamie first laced up her netball shoes at Bankstown Blues in 2002 and instantly fell in love with the game, but also the feeling of being part of a team. When she was just eight years old, her family relocated to New Zealand when her dad, Australian Rugby League great Steve Price, joined the New Zealand Warriors.

By 17, Jamie had made her debut for Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic, becoming the youngest player ever to take the court in the ANZ Championship. In 2017, she made the move across the Tasman as a Foundation player for the Giants Netball team, cementing her career in Australia. The following year, she earned selection in the Australian Diamonds squad.

While playing netball at the highest level brings its pressures, Jamie has always found balance through her relaxed and creative approach to life off the court.

From her love of fashion to spending time outdoors and exploring her creative side. In their time off, Jamie and her partner, Collingwood footballer Harry Perryman, can be found on their boat fishing or at Harry's family farm in Wagga.

JLP Collection was born from Jamie’s love for the things that inspire her most – netball, the ocean, time spent outdoors, and her own evolving sense of style.

Seeing a gap in the market for netball “merch” that could seamlessly cross over into everyday wear, Jamie created a collection designed to do just that. Released in curated drops, each piece is made to elevate moments both on and off the court.

The collection aims to bring more of the sport you love into your every day life as well as spark conversations around Australia's most participated in women's team sport.
